Founded in 2013 by Ben Coultish—a local firefighter turned passionate homebuilder—Cedar Ridge Builders is deeply rooted in the Kitimat and Terrace communities. Raised in Prince Rupert and living locally since 2011, Ben brings a steadfast commitment to quality, safety, and service to every home we build.

As Cedar Ridge evolves, we are proud to incorporate sustainable, energy-efficient solutions like solar power into our homes, helping families save money and reduce their environmental footprint.
